T.E.S.S.® (Total Evolutive Shoulder System)
The T.E.S.S.® (Total Evolutive Shoulder System) has been designed to answer for all the indications of shoulder arthroplasties, centered arthrosis, cuff tear arthropaties or traumatology, minimising bone resection and respecting the natural anatomy of the patient.
Biomet France has developed the T.E.S.S.® in collaboration with 12 surgeons.
The T.E.S.S.® has 4 versions:
T.E.S.S.® Cup:
- Hemi-arthroplasty
- Epiphyseal fixation: The Corolla: 4 sizes
- 4 sizes of centred heads or offset heads
T.E.S.S.® Anatomic :
- Epiphyseal fixation: The Corolla: 4 sizes
- 4 sizes of centred heads or offset heads
- Glenoid implants cemented or metal-back cementless: 4 sizes
- Optional extension stems : 2 lengths and 5 diameters
T.E.S.S.® Fracture:
- Epiphyseal fixation: The Corolla: 4 sizes
- 4 sizes of centred heads or offset heads
- Extension stems: 2 lengths and 5 diameters
T.E.S.S.® Reversed:
- Epiphyseal fixation: The reversed Corolla: 4 sizes
- Optional extension stems: 2 lengths and 5 diameters
- Humeral inserts thicknesses 6 and 8 mm
- The reversed head is connected on the same baseplate as the anatomic one
The same instrumentation allows implantation of all versions of the T.E.S.S.®.
